Our satisfied customers are our best advert. We’ve developed a reputation as an honest, fair and responsible company and we are keen to maintain it. Our 5-step customer service pledge tells you what to expect from Rolladoor.

Pledge 1

Free, no-obligation enquiry.

Our initial survey is absolutely FREE. We are there to advise on your needs and take precise measurements. We don’t indulge in high-pressure sales and there’s no obligation to go with us.

Pledge 2

Written quotation within 72 hours.

We’ll email (or post) you a full quotation for products and installation services within 72 hours of your FREE survey. We don’t charge for quotes either!

Pledge 3

Mutually convenient time and date.

We always aim to complete an installation at the earliest convenient time. Once you’ve agreed to our costings for the work, we’ll be in touch to arrange a date.

Pledge 4

Completion of the work.

Our experienced engineers will complete all work to a high standard, in a professional, polite and courteous manner. Installation includes a thorough instruction in an item’s proper use.

Pledge 5

Payment.

Once the work has been completed, you will receive an invoice which is also your guarantee. Unless otherwise agreed, we would ask that customers settle payment on receipt of the invoice.
